Welcome to CS Gaming Hub. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CS Gaming Hub website (the "Site") and the services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). 5. CS2 Skins Trading

5.1 Trading Process

CS Gaming Hub facilitates the buying and selling of CS2 skins. When you purchase a skin through our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete payment information
  • Provide a valid Steam ID or trade URL for skin delivery
  • Accept the skin in the condition described on the Site
  • Complete the trade within a reasonable timeframe

5.2 Skin Authenticity

We make reasonable efforts to verify the authenticity and condition of all skins offered on our platform. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are error-free. By purchasing a skin, you acknowledge that minor discrepancies may exist.

5.3 Price and Availability

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices and availability of skins are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any skin without notice.

5.4 Trade Holds and Restrictions

You acknowledge that certain Steam account restrictions may affect skin delivery times. CS Gaming Hub is not responsible for delays caused by Steam trade holds or other platform restrictions beyond our control.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site.

6.2 Processing Fees

We may charge processing fees for certain payment methods. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchases. We may collect applicable sales tax if required by law.

6.4 Refunds

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Site Content

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CS Gaming Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7.2 Trademarks

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CS GAMING HUB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
  • ANY TRANSACTION OR SKIN TRADING ACTIVITY BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTY

REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER CS GAMING HUB NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH CS GAMING HUB MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER CS GAMING HUB NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH CS GAMING HUB REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

CS GAMING HUB HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS Gaming Hub, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their formation, interpretation, breach, or termination, will be resolved through a three-step process:

  1. Informal Negotiation: The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation. The disputing party must send a written notice describing the dispute to the other party, who will then have 30 days to respond.
  2. Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, either party may initiate mediation by providing written notice to the other party. The mediation will be conducted in London, UK, by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
  3. Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved 60 days after the initiation of mediation, either party may initiate binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in London, UK, by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

Each party will bear its own costs in connection with the dispute resolution process, and the parties will equally share the mediator's and arbitrator's fees.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.
